Innovation Creates Room for Massive Savings

Design

DESIGNED WITH INNOVATION

An integrated solution,

in all aspects.

Designed and manufactured in-factory.

Assembled on site.

MASS-PRODUCTION, MASS SAVINGS

Inspired by European projects where the field of engineering and large-scale manufacturing has successfully been implemented to create new homes, we are breaking the conventional property development mould by no longer using “brick and mortar” to build homes.

CLEVER SOLUTIONS

We implement new technologies and clever designs. Our homes are being manufactured at relatively low costs with a speedy build-on-demand supply chain.

Innovation

INSPIRATION

Inspired by the aviation and automotive industries

where many products can be produced in just one day, MAXXLIVING has set out to do the same with the property industry.

BETTER, SMARTER, FASTER

If highly complicated and engineer-driven industries can do it, why shouldn't we be able to produce multiple homes per day in factory? The property industry needed a change.

MAXXLIVING is making that change.

MODULAR HIGH-TECH HOMES

It can be done; building modular homes in factory. We have conducted extensive research and we believe, through our innovative approach, that we can built faster, smarter and better quality homes.

Materials

MATERIALS

Wood, glass, aluminium.

Why wood?

Thermal Performance.

Fast Construction Methods.

Factory Controlled Production.

Fire Retardant. Durable.

Sustainable. High Quality.

Easily Sourced. Renewable.

REDUCING CO2 CARBON FOOTPRINT

The embodied carbon emissions in the construction sector account for the majority of greenhouse gas emissions that are produced. MAXXLIVING intends to not contribute to this amount by using wood as an alternative building material.

WOOD IS THE NEW BRICK

Less energy is used when producing and processing wood which decreases the overall carbon footprint.  Where other building materials may require large amounts of fossil fuels to be manufactured, wood produces much lower emissions in the manufacturing process.
