South Africa - The backlog is massive and annual delivery by government is clearly insufficient to meet demand. In the meantime, the population is growing. The housing crisis is caused by populations growth, immigration and several other contributing factors.

We see this as our challenge.

THE CHALLENGE

Many people who are seeking housing can not be catered for within the allocated budget. In South Africa the challenge is huge; the government estimates a current national shortfall of 3.1 million homes - for about 12.5 million people. South Africa has set a target to fill that gap by the year 2030.
